This is actually quite old--scanned April of 2009, in fact! But I dug out my old WACOM today and decided to throw some fast color on something, and I couldn't deny Erik's sexiness aneurysm any longer.
The idea behind this silly thing was that he went to push Christine back and got a handful of AWESOME, much to the shock and embarrassment of all present. Fun trivia for this piece: this is the first--and only--time I have drawn book!Raoul and the Persian. Aren't they cute.
Aaaanyway, it's just a bit of cartoon garbage. I got bored when it came time to make them stop flying in white space, so I did the bare minimum requirement for a background. Laugh and be thrilled by its ridiculousness and my complete lack of effort. You know you love it.
The Phantom of the Opera was written by Gaston Leroux and all that jazz. Read a book! :}
